These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the IYKYK Dating website, event registrations, waitlists, email and SMS communications, matching services, and all related services offered by IYKYK Dating (“IYKYK Dating,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our website, purchasing tickets, registering for events, joining our waitlists, subscribing to communications, or attending any event, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. Eligibility
By using our services or attending our events, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, legally capable of entering binding agreements, and meet the minimum age requirements listed for the specific event you register for. You agree that all information submitted to IYKYK Dating is accurate and truthful. We reserve the right to deny participation, cancel registrations, or remove attendees who do not meet our eligibility requirements or who provide false, misleading, or incomplete information.

2. Event Registration & Attendance
Purchasing a ticket or registering for an event does not guarantee admission if an attendee fails to comply with our event policies, age requirements, venue rules, or community standards. Attendees are expected to arrive on time, behave respectfully toward fellow participants, venue staff, and hosts, and follow all instructions provided by the IYKYK Dating team. We reserve the right to deny entry or remove any attendee from an event at our sole discretion if behavior is disruptive, unsafe, inappropriate, harassing, intoxicated, or otherwise inconsistent with the experience we aim to create.

3. Age Ranges
Our events are intentionally designed around specific age ranges in order to create balanced and compatible experiences for attendees. While we understand that some individuals may be slightly outside a listed age range, we generally enforce our event age requirements to maintain fairness and align with attendee expectations. We reserve the right to deny entry or cancel registrations that do not align with the stated event age ranges.
4. Ticket Sales & Refund Policy
All ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated by IYKYK Dating. Refunds, credits, transfers, or rescheduling accommodations may be offered at our discretion in accordance with our current event policies and timelines. Requests submitted within an approved cancellation window may qualify for a credit or transfer, while requests submitted outside the approved window may not qualify for refunds or credits. No-shows are generally not eligible for refunds or event credits. If an event is canceled, postponed, or significantly modified by IYKYK Dating, attendees may be offered a refund, event credit, or transfer option at our discretion. Policies may vary depending on the specific event, venue, ticketing platform, or promotional offer.

5. Gender Balance & Ticket Availability
To create balanced experiences for attendees, IYKYK Dating actively manages ticket inventory and availability based on attendance ratios and registration trends. As a result, some ticket categories may sell out earlier than others, additional spots may open later depending on registrations, and ticket availability may change at any time without notice. We are unable to guarantee additional spots once an event or ticket category has sold out.
6. Waitlists
Joining a waitlist does not guarantee a ticket or event admission.
Waitlist notifications may be sent if additional spots become available.
7. Matching Platform & Third-Party Services
Some events may use third-party platforms such as Fanciful or other event-related software. By using these services, you may also be subject to the third party’s own terms, conditions, and privacy policies. While we do our best to work with reliable partners and platforms, IYKYK Dating cannot guarantee uninterrupted functionality, delivery of notifications, or the policies and operations of third-party services.
8. Electronic Communications Consent
By providing your email address or phone number, registering for events, or using our services, you consent to receive electronic communications from IYKYK Dating, including event confirmations, reminders, waitlist notifications, promotional emails, SMS messages, and operational updates related to your account or participation. Message frequency may vary, and message and data rates may apply. You may unsubscribe from emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in our communications or opt out of SMS messages by replying STOP. You also acknowledge that electronic communications and agreements satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be provided in writing.
9. Communication Preferences
We aim to send communications that are relevant and helpful based on your selected cities, age preferences, registrations, and interactions with IYKYK Dating. You may update your communication preferences or unsubscribe at any time.
10. Venue & Third-Party Disclaimer
IYKYK Dating events may take place at third-party venues such as restaurants, lounges, hotels, bars, or other event spaces. While we carefully choose our venue partners, we are not responsible for venue operations, parking areas, food and beverage service, third-party vendors, security services, or incidents occurring on venue property. Attendees remain responsible for their own transportation, personal belongings, safety, and conduct throughout the event experience.
11. User Conduct
We are committed to creating a welcoming, respectful, and enjoyable environment for everyone attending our events. By participating in our services or events, you agree to treat fellow attendees, hosts, venue staff, and team members with kindness and respect. Harassment, discrimination, threatening behavior, impersonation, intentional disruption, or misuse of our services will not be tolerated. To help maintain a positive experience for the community, IYKYK Dating reserves the right to deny entry, remove attendees, or restrict future participation when necessary.
12. Attendee Interactions & Personal Responsibility
IYKYK Dating provides opportunities for attendees to meet and connect, but we are not responsible for attendee interactions, communications, relationships, meetings, or outcomes before, during, or after events.
Attendees are solely responsible for exercising their own judgment, caution, and discretion when interacting with others.
We encourage attendees to prioritize personal safety and report inappropriate behavior to our team immediately.
13. No Guarantees
IYKYK Dating is designed to create opportunities for singles to meet and connect in person. While many meaningful friendships, dates, and relationships may come from our events, we cannot guarantee matches, romantic compatibility, relationships, dates, or any specific personal outcome. Every attendee’s experience is unique, and participation in our events is entirely voluntary.

14. Attendee Safety & Conduct
We strive to foster a safe, respectful, and enjoyable environment for all attendees. While we do our best to create positive experiences, attendees acknowledge that IYKYK Dating does not conduct comprehensive background checks or individually vet every participant. We encourage everyone to exercise good judgment and prioritize personal safety when interacting with others before, during, and after events.
Harassment, unwanted physical contact, discrimination, threatening conduct, or inappropriate behavior of any kind is not permitted. To protect the experience and safety of our community, IYKYK Dating reserves the right to deny entry, remove attendees, restrict future participation, or cancel tickets without refund if behavior is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or inconsistent with our event standards.

15. Assumption of Risk
By attending an IYKYK Dating event, you acknowledge that participation involves certain inherent risks, including interactions with other attendees, travel to and from venues, and general event-related activities. By choosing to participate, you voluntarily assume responsibility for your participation and any associated risks.

16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, IYKYK Dating shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or personal damages arising from the use of our website, communications, events, venues, third-party services, or attendee interactions. In all cases, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable ticket or service.
17. Ticket Transfers & Resale
Unauthorized resale, duplication, or transfer of tickets is prohibited unless explicitly approved by IYKYK Dating. We reserve the right to cancel or deny tickets that violate these policies.
18. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If you believe there has been an issue with your ticket purchase or payment, we kindly ask that you contact our team first so we can attempt to resolve the matter directly. IYKYK Dating reserves the right to dispute fraudulent or abusive chargebacks and may restrict future participation or event access in cases involving payment disputes or policy abuse.
19. Force Majeure
IYKYK Dating shall not be held responsible for cancellations, delays, modifications, or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, venue issues, public health emergencies, government restrictions, technical outages, natural disasters, or similar events. In these situations, refunds, credits, transfers, or rescheduling options may be offered at our discretion.
18. User Content & Testimonials
By submitting testimonials, reviews, feedback, social media content, tagged photos/videos, or other content related to IYKYK Dating, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, repost, display, reproduce, or share such content for marketing, promotional, and business purposes.
You represent that you own or have permission to share such content.
19. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, logos, graphics, text, and materials are the property of IYKYK Dating unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use our materials without written permission.

20. Media Release
By attending our events, you acknowledge that photos or videos may occasionally be taken during events for marketing and promotional purposes.
If you do not wish to appear in photos or videos, please notify our team at the event.

21. Privacy
Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
We are committed to protecting your information and handling personal data responsibly.

22. Accuracy of Information
We do our best to keep all information on our website, emails, ticketing pages, and communications accurate and up to date. However, occasional errors, changes, or inaccuracies may occur. IYKYK Dating reserves the right to correct information, modify event details, update ticket availability or pricing, and reschedule or cancel events when necessary.

23. Severability
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

25. Arbitration & Dispute Resolution
To the fullest extent permitted by law, any disputes arising from use of our services or attendance at our events shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us directly.
If disputes cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration rather than court proceedings, except where prohibited by applicable law.
Attendees waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against IYKYK Dating.

26. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where IYKYK Dating operates.
