Love bringing people together and making real connections happen? Are you well-connected in your local community?

We're looking for local hosts and backup hosts across the U.S. who love conecting people and have strong ties to their communities to help bring Christian singles together through fun, faith-centered speed dating events.

Help create opportunities for Christian singles to meet like-minded believers, form meaningful connections, and potentionally meet their future spouse.

And yes, it's a PAID position!

Get Paid to Bring People Together!

Being an IYKYK Dating Host is a paid opportunity, and your pay increases as you gain experience hosting events.

Your Pay Progression

Events 1-3: $75 per event
Events 4-6: $100 per event
Event 7 onward: $145 per event

We Cover Your Event Supplies, Too!

You shouldn't have to pay out of pocket to host an event! We provide a $35 supply stipend for every 12 events that will cover event materials and supplies.

We want you to focus on creating a great experience for Christian singles- not worry about covering the cost of supplies yourself!

More Than Just Hosting...

Being an IYKYK Dating Host is more than just showing up to an event. You're helping create opportunities for Christian singles to connect in a world where meeting like-minded believers and finding spouse can feel chaallenging.

Through local speed dating events, you'll help create welcoming spaces where Christian singles can meet in person, make genuine connections, and potentially meet their future spouse.

What You'll Do

Host a Monthly Event

Show up, welcome attendees, and help create a fun, friendly environment where Christian singles can feel comfortable meeting and connecting with one another.

We handle the venue logistics, so you can focus on helping people feel welcome and making the event a great experience.

Time commitment: One weeknight per month, approxmately 3 hours.

Promote Each Event in Your Community

We want to reach Christian singles where they already gather! Two weeks before each event, you'll share one promotional post provided by IYKYK Dating acoss six channels to help spread the word locally.

Here's what that looks like:

Group Chats - 4 Posts

Share the promotional post in four local group chats, each with atleast 15 members. These can include Whatsapp, GroupMe, Telegram, or similar messaging platforms.

Examples include:

Church young adult groups
Volleyball or pickleball groups
Local community groups
Other social groups with members in your area

You must obtain permissions from each group's admin before posting. No spamming! Just one approved promotional post in each group, two weeks before the event.

Your Instagram Story - 1 Post

Share the promotional post to your personal Instagram Story and tag @iykyk.dating

A Local Facebook Group - 1 Post

Share the promotional post in one elegible local Facebook group adtre obtaining permission from the group admin.

The following Facebook groups do not count toward this requirement:

Grownups Table
Singles Hub
Heart of Dating

That's it! Six promotional posts per event, shared two weeks before the event.

You DON'T need to be a professional event planner or an influencer with million followers. We're looking for people who are friendly, dependable, community-minded, and excited about what we're building!
