Upon check-in, the ladies receive a table number and find their tables. These become their “home base” for the evening. They take their seats and settle in while the gentlemen gather nearby. A server makes the rounds to take drink and food orders, ensuring everyone is comfortable and ready for the evening.
Once all the ladies are seated, the host guides each gentleman to a table to start the first round. The host keeps track of the time and comes around to each gentleman, letting them know when it’s time to rotate to the next lady and directing them to their next seat.
Participants will chat with several singles in a fun series of short, one-on-one conversations lasting about 3–5 minutes each. At the end of the event, participants receive an email with a link to their digital scorecard to submit their preferences for who they’d like to see again.
These events have sparked friendships, small groups, business partnerships, dating relationships, engagements, marriages, and even babies (after marriage, of course!) but they’re about so much more than just finding a date. They’re about restoring hope and reminding Christian singles that they’re not alone in their desire for marriage. Many arrive feeling like everyone else is moving forward and getting married while they’re still waiting, or like they’re the only single person left in their friend group.
These gatherings offer a fresh sense of encouragement and belonging, where everyone is in the same season and shares the same heart for godly connection. Whether a romantic match happens or not, participants leave with renewed faith, meaningful friendships, and the comforting reminder that God hasn’t forgotten their story.
Participants are asked to bring a valid ID for identification and age verification.
But some participants find it helpful to also bring a small notepad to make brief notes about those they meet. This can assist in organizing thoughts and impressions when selecting matches at the end of the evening. Match selections are submitted digitally via a scorecard on participants’ phones, which includes the name and photo of each attendee.
Participants are encouraged to bring a positive attitude and an openness to the experience. Most attendees will be meeting new faces, and while the event does not guarantee immediate romantic connections, it provides a meaningful and intentional environment for building friendships, fostering connections, and enjoying the evening. Many participants attend multiple events before finding a spark, making each gathering an opportunity for growth and connection.
Before the event ends, you’ll receive an email with the link to your scorecard, which includes names, ages, photos, and short bios of the opposite gender attendees. Submit your preferences by 11:30 PM the same night. Missing the deadline means you won’t receive matches.
Matches are posted on our secure matching platform by midnight after the event. Participants will receive an email notification when matches are finalized.
A match happens only when both people select “Yes” to connect again. Participants will only see mutual matches.
Participants can message mutual matches through our secure platform.
While we strive to create a fun and meaningful experience for everyone, matches are not guaranteed. Connections are based on mutual interest, and as such, not grounds for a refund. We encourage participants to come with an open mind and great energy!
A minimum purchase of one drink or food item (non-alcoholic options available) is required by the venue.
Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable and confident! Some of our events take place both indoors and outdoors, so please dress with the weather in mind. Since women may be moving between tables, we recommend wearing shoes that are comfortable to walk in. To help keep rotations smooth and on schedule, we also suggest bringing only your essentials and keeping personal items light.
What we’ve consistently seen over time is that when we release tickets within one broad age range, sign-ups tend to skew in opposite directions. For example, in a 25–39 range, most of the men who sign up are usually on the younger end (around 25–30), while most of the women tend to be on the older end (mid-30s to late-30s).
When that happens, the event often ends with a lot of disappointment. Many women are typically looking for someone around their age or slightly older, while many men are looking for someone around their age or slightly younger. So despite having a “technically” overlapping age range, the actual preferences don’t line up very well in practice.
To solve this, we adjusted the age ranges so that women’s ranges are slightly skewed younger and men’s ranges are slightly skewed older. Since making this change, we’ve seen much better balance at events and significantly better outcomes for attendees overall.
This isn’t about excluding anyone or implying anything negative about older women at all. It’s simply based on real patterns we’ve observed and what allows us to create the best possible experience, keep events balanced, and keep the business sustainable so we can continue hosting them.
We ask that all guests honor the age range listed for each event, as these are designed to foster meaningful connections among individuals in similar life stages.
At check-in, we may ask for a valid ID if needed to verify age. If a guest is found to be outside the specified range, they may be turned away without a refund.
We share this with both grace and clarity, as our goal is to create a well-aligned and intentional experience for everyone attending. Thank you for understanding and respecting this guideline.
Check-in opens 15 minutes before the event start time. Arriving early gives participants time to account for parking. Keep in mind some venues have limited parking spots.
Plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before checkin to allow time for parking and settling in before the event starts. Guests arriving more than 25 minutes after the official start time will not be able to participate, and no refund or credit can be issued.
We use a ticketing system to keep the number of men and women as balanced as possible for each event. But ratios may not always be perfectly even since we can’t control last-minute no-shows.
Regardless, you’ll still have the opportunity to connect with each person of the opposite gender. When the ratios aren’t even, you’ll have short breaks between some of your rounds to gather your thoughts (which, trust us, ends up being a big advantage).
From our experience of running dozens of events, the majority of attendees at our events are sincere Christians who are looking for partners who share their faith. We understand the importance of maintaining the integrity of our gatherings, and we have implemented several vetting methods to ensure that. One way we do this is by openly communicating our Biblical values in our marketing efforts. By being transparent about our beliefs and expectations, we attract individuals who are genuinely interested in pursuing meaningful relationships based on those values. Additionally, we have a ticket price structure in place that acts as a deterrent to those who are seeking casual encounters. This helps create an environment where participants are more likely to be genuinely committed to the pursuit of long-term, faith-based relationships.
It's important to acknowledge that thoroughly vetting every individual who attends our events is not practical. Instead, we believe in empowering adult men and women to exercise their own discernment. The Bible itself emphasizes the importance of personal discernment in navigating relationships and warns against false prophets and deceitful individuals.
Yes, but it rarely happens. We require a balanced gender ratio for the best experience. If this balance isn’t met, the event may be canceled. Participants will be notified at least 24 hours in advance, and a full refund will be issued.
All sales are final, and all tickets are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

If something comes up, participants can move booking to another available event (same ticket type and gender) one time only.
Just let us know 48 hours before the event and we’ll happily reschedule.
Please note: Even with Booking Flexibility, all tickets remain non-refundable and non-transferable. This upgrade simply allows participants to reschedule booking once to a future event.
